The terms of working together.
Terms you must follow when using the Meg Dev website. By using the site, you accept these terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By visiting the Meg Dev website (the “Site”) or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the following terms of use (the “Terms”).
If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the site or our services.
2. Scope of services
Meg Dev provides the following services:
- Corporate website development
- E-commerce system setup
- CRM and custom software development
- Mobile application development
- AI solutions
- Consulting and technical support
The scope, delivery time and price of each service are determined in a separate agreement signed by both parties.
3. User responsibilities
When using the site, you agree to:
- Use the site only for lawful purposes
- Respect other users' rights
- Not share misleading or unlawful information through the site
- Not attempt to harm the site's infrastructure
- Not distribute viruses or malicious software
- Not copy or distribute site content without permission
If misuse is detected, appropriate measures may be taken, including restricting or blocking access.
4. Intellectual property rights
All content, design, logos, software and materials on the site belong to Meg Dev and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Viewing the site for personal use and printing pages
Prohibited
Copying, distributing, selling or creating derivative works from the content
Rights to projects developed for customers are transferred to the customer under the terms of their agreement.
5. Confidentiality

Confidential information shared within a project will not be disclosed to third parties during or after the agreement.
6. Warranties and limitation of liability
Our services are provided “as is”. Meg Dev makes no warranty regarding:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- The performance of third-party providers (Nhost, Vercel, etc.)
- The accuracy or currency of site content
Meg Dev is not liable for indirect or incidental damages exceeding the service fee specified in the agreement.
7. Termination and cancellation
Either party may terminate the agreement according to the notice periods set out in its terms.

8. Changes to the terms
Meg Dev may change these terms without prior notice. Changes take effect when published on the site.
Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes will first be referred to mediation. If no agreement is reached, the courts and enforcement offices of Kayseri will have jurisdiction.
The right to apply to consumer arbitration committees is reserved.
